Johann Jakob Jenny describes the spiritual influence that Frithjof Schuon had on childhood friends

An excerpt from the 2-DVD disk set “Frithjof Schuon: Messenger of the Perennial Philosophy-DVD”, from 2012. In this clip, the second of two from Johann Jakob Jenny, we hear his account of some memories of his boyhood friend Frithjof Schuon. In particular, Jenny’s recollections here focus on youthful indications of Schuon’s spiritual nature. Johann Jakob Jenny (1907 – 1997), was one of Frithjof Schuon’s schoolmates in Basle, Switzerland and remained one of his closest and lifelong friends. Jenny later became a medical doctor and continued to live in Basle for the remainder of his life. This clip was taped in 1993 in Basle.
