Huston Smith answers questions from audience members.

The 2006 Sacred Web conference on the theme of “Tradition in the Modern World” concluded with a presentation from Professor Huston Smith. Prof. Smith (1919 – 2016) was perhaps the most renowned contemporary writer and educator on comparative religion. His formal talk, “The Universal Grammar of Worldviews,” summarized what he had come to understand as the key elements of metaphysics common to all faith traditions. Following his short presentation, he answered two questions from audience members, which are featured in this video.
